    Depending on the shipping method selected and the type of order placed, processing and shipping times vary. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the below estimates do not include nights, weekends, or holidays.

    Products purchased on the Go Nipless website can be returned to Go Nipless for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. If you have purchased Go Nipless from one of our affiliate websites, please contact them directly for their return policy.

    How to Return or Exchange

    1. Email us at GoNipless@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
    2. Receive a return label — we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
    3. Ship it back — pack the unused product in its original packaging and drop it off at any carrier location
    4. Get your refund — once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days

    Exchange Policy

    Want a different product instead? We're happy to exchange your Go Nipless nipple covers for a different case color or style. Just mention "exchange" in your email and tell us what you'd prefer.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If your Go Nipless product arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at GoNipless@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required.
